Panagiotis Merekoulias has studied at Polytechnic University of Patras and has obtained a bachelor degree of Civil Engineering, as well as a master’s degree, in Real Estate and Construction Management (Business University of Denver U.S.A.). He is a member of  RICS since 2006 as well as member of the Greek RICS Sutainability Group .  

He has extensive experience as a real estate consultant (valuations, surveys, feasibility studies, market research, etc). and he has written a series of articles on the Greek and International property markets which have been published in financial newspapers and magazines. In addition, he has large experience in the construction market.  Since October 2017 he is the Managing Director of Merekoulias VALUES, a member of Eyropean Valuers Alliance.
