Παύλος Λοΐζου
Konstantinos Gloumis-Atsalakis was born in Athens and is a lawyer specializing in public and EU law. He studied at the Athens Law School and holds postgraduate degrees in European Law from the College of Europe (Belgium), and in “Law and Economics” from the University of Piraeus. Since 1 August 2024, he has served as Secretary General for Demographic and Housing Policy at the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, with responsibility for child protection, family policy, demographics, youth and housing policies. Previously, from 1 March 2023, he served as Governor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity Organization (OPEKA). From 2019 to February 2023, he served as Director of the private office of the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Domna Michaelidou, gaining extensive experience in public administration, welfare, benefits and social services. Prior to assuming this position, he worked as a lawyer in distinguished law firms, undertaking major cases in competition law, public procurement and energy. He has also worked as a national expert at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), within the framework of the Competition Toolbox, formulating legislative interventions for the removal of regulatory obstacles to competition. He finally began his professional career at the Directorate for Legislative Acts of the European Parliament. He has published articles on European and international law in international and Greek scientific journals and has participated in scientific conferences in Greece and abroad. He speaks English, French and German.
- Helena Kodogeorgou a graduate of the Law School of the National and Capodistrian University of Athens (Greece), she did her postgraduate studies (PhD) in Criminal Law and Criminology at the University of Giessen (Germany) on a Council of Europe scholarship. She is a Civil Law Notary in Athens. She is President of Athens Notaries
Association, the first female President to serve at this post. She teaches in the Training Seminars for Notaries. She has spoken in many conferences both in Greece and abroad, in workshops and seminars regarding notarial issues as well as in a training seminar for foreign notaries (in Albania and Bulgaria) in collaboration with Italian and German experts respectively. Furthermore, she has taught in seminars of notarial law in the Department of Civil Law of the University of Athens as well as the Centre for Judicial Studies. She has published articles and studies in both greek and foreign legal journals as well as newspapers. Manos Kranidis is a Civil Engineer (NTUA) with postgraduate studies at Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and the CEO of KRAMA PROPERTY, having managed over 1,000 technical and real estate projects. Alongside his professional career, he serves as a Municipal Councilor of Chalandri (former Deputy Mayor for the Environment) and holds institutional roles as the Secretary for Information at POMIDA (Hellenic Property Federation) and President of the North Suburbs Property Owners Association. He is a recognized real estate market analyst with an extensive portfolio of articles in major domestic media, has published two books on strategic real estate development, and regularly collaborates with television and radio stations (Naftemporiki TV, Real FM) as an expert on urban planning and development issues.
