Konstantinos Patsiouras
- Ioannis Manolas is a Mechanical Engineer, a Graduate of the University of Patras, with over 25 years of experience in the Design, Study, Supervision, and Management of Industrial Construction Projects. He is registered in the Registry of Designers and holds a Class C Design License in Electromechanical Studies, with professional experience in Greece, Europe, and the Middle East. Since 2001, he has been serving as President and CEO of IBLS – INDUSTRIAL BUILDING DESIGN & LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS S.A., a company actively operating in both Greece and the Middle East, undertaking: Design & Study of Industrial Buildings, Project Management, he has participated as a keynote speaker in numerous forums, webinars, and exhibitions related to Supply Chain, the design of Industrial Buildings and Warehouses with optimal specifications, the Regulatory Framework, as well as trends in the Logistics sector in Greece and abroad. At the same time, he maintains a regular presence as a columnist in websites and magazines, covering topics on Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Nikos is a seasoned Facility Management professional with 21+ years of progressive experience spanning site-level operations to regional leadership across DACH, CEE, and Southern Europe. Built a career at the intersection of operational excellence and client delivery, progressing from Site Coordinator at Johnson Controls through Area Facilities Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional Operations Lead at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. Currently leads multi-country FM operations across a broad regional portfolio, driving service quality, team development, and client satisfaction for Fortune 500 accounts. Recognised internally for operational reliability, cross-border coordination, and sustained client retention across complex multi-site portfolios. Celebrating 11 years at CBRE GWS with a proven track record of growth and progressive responsibility.
Fenia is a Director in the Development Management team at Arbitrage Development, the technical affiliate of Colliers Greece. She brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Her expertise spans the full project management lifecycle, from the early concept stages through to project completion and facility management strategy delivery. In the facility management space, she provides technical advisory services, strategy advice and manages successful tendering processes for major FM contracts in large commercial and corporate assets and portfolios, covering the entire procurement cycle — from specification development to contract award and management. Fenia is also actively involved in construction risk management and life-cycle cost assessment. She brings extensive experience managing international project teams in multicultural environments, coordinating stakeholders across different countries and markets. Her experience in FM includes, among others, the management of the Cargo Building at Athens International Airport (AIA). Prior to joining Arbitrage / Colliers Greece, she worked at CBRE / Atria in Greece and at Mott MacDonald in the United Kingdom, delivering services to international corporate clients and financial institutions. Fenia holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Lancaster University, an MSc in Environmental Engineering from Newcastle University, and a Diploma in Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management in the United Kingdom.
