Curriculum Vitae of the Speakers
- Panagiotis Merkoulias has been CEO of Merkoulias VALUES since 2017 and is a member of the European Valuers Alliance. He is a Civil Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Real Estate and Construction Management (Business University of Denver, USA), and has been a member of RICS since 2006, as well as the Greek RICS Sustainability Group. He has extensive experience as a real estate advisor, specializing in valuations, feasibility studies, and market research, with articles published in financial media in Greece and abroad. He also has significant experience in the construction sector.
- Ilias Manoukas has been Head of the Athens office of Bollmann Group Hellas since September 2022, responsible for property investment and development with a focus on residential properties, land plots, and portfolios in Attica. He has extensive experience in real estate investment across national and international markets, having served as Head of Investment for IMMOBILIA Group in Budapest, Property Manager for MAGAN Group in Berlin, and held senior positions at Colliers International and CBRE in Vienna. He is a graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien).
- Efthymios Bakogiannis, PhD in Urban and Transport Planning, is an Assistant Professor at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and Secretary General for Spatial Planning and Urban Environment at the Ministry of Environment and Energy. He has over 15 years of experience in urban planning and traffic studies, project supervision, and managing funding processes from European and national entities. He has participated in dozens of studies and research projects with over 50 institutions. His scientific work includes numerous articles, books, and presentations at more than 100 conferences, promoting sustainable mobility in Greece and abroad. More at www.bakogiannis.eu.
- Paula Booras is a technical and financial real estate advisor with over 20 years of experience in the USA, Greece, and Southeast Europe. She has held leadership positions in multinationals such as Bank of America, Arthur Andersen, EY, CBRE, and Carrefour. In 2017, she founded White Deals Real Estate, offering services in valuations, construction, leasing, sales, and property management. She is a Civil Engineer from NTUA, holds an MBA from Northeastern University, and a Management diploma from ALBA. She has served as Vice Chair of ULI Greece and as a Board Member of RICS, maintaining a strong network and active presence in the real estate sector both in Greece and internationally.
