- Cobi Bitton, founder and CEO of INTEGRITAS PEOPLE & BUSINESS (IPB), has extensive experience in managing business development and as a head of BD strategy in Israel and internationally. He also has significant experience as a consultant in corporate mergers and acquisitions. Over the past 30 years, Cobi has been involved in managing business development, consulting, and leading innovation processes. He also provides consulting services on corporate innovation to startups, mature companies, global corporations, manufacturing companies, and individual strategic growth investors. He has worked in the following countries, among others: Israel, USA, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, Switzerland, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, India, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Ghana.
Leon Avigad (54) is the founder of Brown Hotels, a Mediterranean lifestyle hotel group, based in Tel Aviv, Israel and Athens, Greece. After working for many years in the hotel industry, from bellhop to senior management, Leon founded his own company in 2003 out of the desire to introduce cutting edge boutique hospitality to the city of Tel Aviv. After several years of consulting and development of several projects in and outside Israel, Leon opened his first self-owned boutique hotel in Tel Aviv, the iconic Brown TLV Urban Hotel. Brown has since turned into a collection of contemporary, cutting edge boutique hotels in Israel, Greece, Croatia and Cyprus. Leon brings a unique combination of vast hotel operating experience alongside lifestyle expertise, design skills, entrepreneurial tendencies, and an unrivaled passion for the business. He has demonstrated a gift for anticipating the desires of his native Tel Aviv by injecting the seaside cultural capital with a dose of stylish and hip hospitality. Leon earned a BA in International Relations at the Hebrew University and an MBA from Derby University in the United Kingdom. He complimented is training at St Moritz’s iconic Badrutt’s Palace while serving as an executive at Israel’s Dan Hotels. A natural trend-spotter, Avigad never stops thinking about what’s around the next corner.
