Curriculum Vitae of the Speakers

  • Ramon Riera is a lawyer with a Master’s degree in Property Management from the University of Barcelona, and a certified property advisor and manager with over 30 years of experience in the development and internationalization of the Spanish real estate sector. He is the founder and owner of Eurofincas since 1987 in Barcelona and currently serves as the World President of FIABCI International. He has previously held positions as President of FIABCI Spain and Europe, Vice President of FNAPI, FIABCI representative to the UN (UN-Habitat Geneva), and board member or director in various Spanish and international real estate associations. He is an active member of FIABCI, AREAA, NAR, and LAI.

  • Antonio Campagnoli is Co-founder of IL PUNTO/CORFAC International and partner at the law firm Studio Legale LEXCC. A seasoned professional (FRICS and REV), he leads the firm’s due diligence and advisory services division. With over 20 years of experience in legal advisory and financial structuring (including transaction liability insurance, crowdfunding, credit funds, and securitization), he has also worked extensively in social impact investing and the development of sports infrastructure through PPPs and social finance. A distinguished graduate of Boalt Hall Barkley Law School, he is a member of the Milan Bar Association and active in several international property organizations such as RICS, SIOR, FIABCI, CRE, ASPESI, IRWA, among others.

  • Fulvio Siotto is a dynamic and results-driven executive with a strong background in the telecommunications and energy sectors. A graduate in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, he has held leadership roles in top companies such as Olivetti, Vodafone, Tiscali, Wind, and Edison, before taking on key responsibilities at ENI. Since 2025, he serves as CEO of Harley & Dikkinson International, focusing on the international expansion of ESG projects aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions in the building sector. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, he combines leadership with social awareness, promoting impactful solutions for both communities and the environment.

  • Konstantinos Kopanitsanos has been actively involved in real estate since 1992 and is the CEO of Kopanitsanos Real Estate, a family business founded in 1961. He studied Computer & Information Systems with a specialization in Business Administration at the University of South Australia. He is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Senior Professional Valuer (SPV), Chartered Asset Manager (CAM), and an international member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). As President of FIABCI Greece, he has also served as President of SEK and NAR Liaison (2000–2016). He actively participates in international real estate and property development conferences across Europe, the USA, and Asia. Kopanitsanos Real Estate specializes in commercial, residential, and investment properties, offering high-level professional and reliable services throughout Greece.
