Giannis Revithis is an economist, property valuer, and real estate broker. He serves as Honorary President of the Attica Association of Realtors and is a former President of the Hellenic Federation of Realtors, as well as the Athens–Attica Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Athens–Attica Realtors Association and FIABCI Greece. He graduated from the Piraeus School of Industrial Studies in 1980 and holds a Real Estate certification from the University of Macedonia (1987). He is the Founder and Managing Director of REVITHIS Real Estate, a member of the REVITHIS & PARTNERS group, established in 1989. The company manages an extensive real estate portfolio across Greece, including residential, commercial, office, industrial, warehouse, hotel, and resort properties, and provides specialized real estate advisory services. Giannis Revithis has over 33 years of professional experience in the real estate sector and specializes in property valuation, brokerage, negotiation, consulting, as well as market research and analysis. He has participated as a speaker in numerous conferences and exhibitions in Greece and abroad, focusing on the real estate market. His passion for real estate, combined with his market knowledge and experience, has established him as a leading figure in the Greek property market.

Vasilis Patras holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras, as well as a master’s degree in integrated Hardware-Software Systems. He has over 20 years of experience in web service development, software development team management, and IT project management. He has been working with Newsphone Hellas for the past 17 years and is currently the Chief Digital Officer, focusing on strategic guidance, as well as the design and implementation of digital transformation projects in the fields of PropTech, Passenger Shipping, and Local Search & Advertising. Since April 2019, he has held the position of Development Director at Landea.gr, contributing to the platform’s growth into the most successful real estate auction search service. During this period, Landea.gr has significantly expanded its audience, reaching 750,000 monthly visits and building a database of over 80,000 registered users actively interested in real estate investment opportunities.
