Curriculum Vitae of the Speakers
- Vasiliki Str. Paradia, LLM is a Supreme Court Attorney based in Athens. She holds a Master 1 in Law from the University of Lille II, a Law Degree and a Postgraduate Degree (Civil Law) from the Democritus University of Thrace. She specializes in National Land Registry Law, tenancy law, property ownership, and co-ownership. She serves as Deputy Secretary General of the Board of Directors of POMIDA and the Hellenic Property Federation, and is a Board Member of the Hellenic Property Owners Association, also working as a senior advisor at POMIDA’s Legal Information Office.
- Anastasios G. Vappas is a Supreme Court Attorney, specializing in Public Law, real estate taxation, expropriations, lease disputes, and international human rights protection. He is a graduate and PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Athens. He has extensive litigation experience before Greek and international courts. He currently serves as the Secretary General of POMIDA, Editor-in-Chief of the Owners’ News magazine, a member of the Executive Committee and Coordinator of the Real Estate Taxation Committee at UIPI, and Vice President of the Hellenic Property Owners Association.
