Vasiliki S. Paradia, LLM is a Lawyer at the Supreme Court of Athens. She is a “Master 1 de Droit” graduate of the Law School of Lille II University, a graduate of the Law School and a Graduate of the Postgraduate Department (Civil Law) of the Democritus University of Thrace. She specializes in the Law of the National Cadastre, leases, property and co-ownership. She is Deputy Secretary General of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Property Federation (POMIDA) and the Association of Greek Homeowners, member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Greek Homeowners – executive of the POMIDA Information Office.

Anastasios G. Vappas, lawyer in Athens before the Supreme Court of Greece LLM, PhD nom, is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens (UoA), a graduate of the Postgraduate Department of Public Law of the Law School of the UoA with a thesis on property taxation, a graduate of the Department of Political Science & Public Administration of the Law School of the UoA and a PhD Candidate in Public Law of the Law School of the UoA. He specializes in the issues of expropriations, lease disputes, property taxation and international protection of human rights. He has handled many cases of expropriations and lease disputes and has filed appeals to the International Court of Human Rights. He is Secretary General of the Board of Directors of the of Hellenic Property Federation & content manager of the magazine TA NEA TON IDIOKTITON (The Owners’ News). He is also a Member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Property Owners (UIPI) as a representative of Hellenic Property Federation, Vice President of the Association of Property Owners of Greece and Coordinator of the Property Taxation Committee of the International Association of Property Owners (U.I.P.I.)
