Παύλος Λοΐζου

  • Konstantinos Gloumis-Atsalakis is a lawyer specializing in Public and European Law, with studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Law School), the College of Europe, and the University of Piraeus. Since August 2024, he has served as the General Secretary for Demographic and Housing Policy. He has previously held the positions of Governor of OPEKA (Organization for Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity) and Director of the Office of the Deputy Minister of Labour. His professional background includes experience at the OECD, the European Parliament, and involvement in major legal cases. He has published numerous scientific articles and is fluent in English, French, and German.

  • Manos Kranidis is a Civil Engineer (NTUA) with postgraduate studies at Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and the CEO of KRAMA PROPERTY, having managed over 1,000 technical and real estate projects. Alongside his professional career, he serves as a Municipal Councilor of Chalandri (former Deputy Mayor for the Environment) and holds institutional roles as the Secretary for Information at POMIDA (Hellenic Property Federation) and President of the North Suburbs Property Owners Association. He is a recognized real estate market analyst with an extensive portfolio of articles in major domestic media, has published two books on strategic real estate development, and regularly collaborates with television and radio stations (Naftemporiki TV, Real FM) as an expert on urban planning and development issues.
