Currently, he holds the position of New Product Solutions Director at Protergia, part of METLEN Energy & Metals. In this role, he is responsible for the design and development of innovative energy products and services with a focus on sustainability. His portfolio includes solar energy projects (Net Billing), heat pump solutions, smart meters, and EV charging solutions for both residential and commercial sectors. Additionally, he develops integrated energy solutions for large-scale clients, overseeing the process from energy audits to the implementation of advanced energy-saving and production systems. Furthermore, he is in charge of the development, expansion, and maintenance of Protergia’s public EV charging network, which features more than 1,000 points, actively contributing to the growth of electromobility and the energy transition in Greece. His extensive experience includes key leadership roles such as Project Director for Net Metering at METLEN, as well as Commercial Director positions at industry-leading companies including Goutos SA, Big Solar S.A., and Scheuten Solar BV. He possesses significant expertise in managing large teams and successfully introducing new technologies into the renewable energy market.

Antonis Bogdanos is the Chief Executive Officer of Oikodomein New Era, a Greece-based construction and real estate development firm with four decades of experience in designing, building and managing high-quality residential and commercial projects. Aris Papadopoulos is the founder of the company since 2012 and holds the position of Chairman and CEO. At ZEB, he implements plans and policies to successfully manage the business and sets the strategy for developing innovative services. A pioneer for the dissemination of the ESCO MODEL in Greece, he has participated in numerous discussions and presentations. Prior to founding ZEB, he worked and managed numerous construction projects (public & private) on behalf of a large construction group in the country, as well as high-tech and telecommunication projects on behalf of a leading SYSTEM INTEGRATOR company.
