Her work focuses on creating biophilic infrastructure that mitigates the urban heat island effect while adding significant value to modern real estate assets.She holds a BSc in Management Science and Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Edinburgh, where she has been honored as one of the “Alumni 100” for her global impact. Mr. Ninios has extensive experience in Real Estate and Business Development, having been active across multiple business sectors, including Real Estate, Energy, Food & Beverage, and Investment Funds, in Greece, Cyprus, Southern Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, working with both multinational and Greek companies. He is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business and brings over 37 years of broad and diversified experience across all key business functions, including strategy, marketing planning and implementation, retail network management, commercial and residential real estate, asset management, and finance, consistently delivering strong results with a focus on effective processes.

Aris Papadopoulos is the founder of the company since 2012 and holds the position of Chairman and CEO. At ZEB, he implements plans and policies to successfully manage the business and sets the strategy for developing innovative services. A pioneer for the dissemination of the ESCO MODEL in Greece, he has participated in numerous discussions and presentations. Prior to founding ZEB, he worked and managed numerous construction projects (public & private) on behalf of a large construction group in the country, as well as high-tech and telecommunication projects on behalf of a leading SYSTEM INTEGRATOR company.

Eleni Minakaki is a Sustainability Specialist at ABB Greece, working on the integration of sustainability and ESG priorities into business strategy and stakeholder engagement. She is an Environmental Engineer and MBA candidate, with professional experience in advancing corporate sustainability initiatives and strengthening ESG awareness across organizations.
