Apostolos Parsalis

  • Georgios Karakatsanis is a Natural Resource & Environmental Economist with extensive expertise in financial planning for the optimization of mineral, agricultural, and biological resources. As the Founder and Chief Economist of EVOTROPIA Economic Architectures, he specializes in natural capital valuation, advanced data analytics for geoeconomic networks, and the design of sustainable financial instruments. A graduate of AUEB and NTUA with a PhD in Natural Capital Econometrics, he has served as a Visiting Lecturer at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and has published over 80 scientific and popular articles. Currently, he serves as a scientific advisor to SYVIPYS, Director of the Circular Economy Committee at SBC Greece, and a member of HSWMA, while coordinating major EU research projects focused on critical minerals, industrial symbiosis, and regenerative agriculture.

  • Pantelis Levantis is the founder of Ecoveritas and a leading authority on sustainability in the Southern European built environment. Since 2011, he has pioneered the adoption of BREEAM in Greece, delivering over 30 certifications across 560,000 m² of diverse real estate assets, including the country’s first-ever green building certifications. A dedicated advocate for regulatory reform, Pantelis served as President of SBC Greece (2015–2022) and was instrumental in shaping Article 25.2 of the Greek Building Code. His influence on national policy culminated in a 2025 address to the Greek Parliament regarding the reform of building sustainability regulations. Pantelis is a BRE Academy Fellow and a highly qualified BREEAM International Assessor and AP. Beyond his consultancy work, he is a committed educator who has trained nearly 80 professionals in BREEAM methodology, earning the BREEAM Country First Award for his transformative impact on the industry.

  • Dimitris Managoudis a highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer specialized in Energy and Environmental Investments (MSc), possessing over 15 years of experience in managing and executing large-scale public and private infrastructure projects. He holds a Grade C’ Contractor’s Certificate (MEK) for Electromechanical works and is a certified Project Manager (IPMA Level-C, PM4SD Practitioner), as well as a DGNB Consultant for sustainable construction. Since 2009, he has served as General Manager of ICON GROUP and currently holds the position of Vice President of SBC Greece (WorldGBC member), following a successful term as Executive Director. An expert in energy auditing, NDT thermography (Level I), and LCA/LCC/ESG analyses, he also serves as an educator for the “Energy Scouts” program under the European Climate Initiative (EUKI). With a proven track record in coordinating EU-funded programs (LIFE) and a co-founder of EVOTROPIA, he combines advanced negotiation skills (Level II) with deep technical expertise in renewable energy and sustainable development.


  • Dr. Angela Michalopoulou brings over 25 years of experience in investment and real estate development, primarily focused on the Greek market. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MBA from the Athens Lab for Business Administration, her career combines strong technical expertise with strategic business insights. Her professional journey includes significant leadership roles such as the Director General for Real Estate Portfolio Management Hellenic Public Properties Company, optimizing profitability and efficiency for large-scale property portfolios and improving asset utilization. At Enterprise Greece, she led investment initiatives that significantly increased foreign investment inflows. Her early career roles also include heading the Unit at the Greek Information Society Program, enhancing SME competitiveness through technological upgrades and at the Federation of Greek Industries coordinating a technology transfer network. At DKG Development, as Business Development Director, she is dealing with new assets acquisitions and development, increase tenants’ base and enhance sales channels. Angela’s skill set is extensive, ranging from strategic asset management and project management to negotiation and stakeholder engagement, all underpinned by a commitment to sustainability in real estate development. 

  • Kalliopi Papadaki is an Architect Engineer (AUTh) with an MSc in Urban Planning (NTUA) and a PhD candidate specializing in large-scale urban regeneration. Following a 20-year career in private practice and collaborations on major international architectural projects, she joined the Ministry of Environment and Energy in 2009. Currently serving as Head of the Department for Urban Regeneration and Technical Works Rehabilitation and as an advisor to the Secretary General of Spatial Planning and Urban Environment, she represents the Ministry in numerous European committees (EU BIM, EMW, EEA-EIONET). A certified instructor for the National Centre for Public Administration (EKDDA), she possesses deep expertise in sustainable urban development, public policy for urban renewal, and the digitalization of structural frameworks.
