George Theodoropoulos is in charge of the Portfolio and Asset Management of the Company. His main responsibilities are the supervision of the Asset-Portfolio Management Division, as well as, the Technical Division. He is an executive with specialization in the Real Estate sector with over 20 years of experience in the UK and Greece. He worked in Virgin Group (UK) as Head of Property in Virgin Ware, specialized mainly in retail real estate. He was a founding member of the Real Estate Division of Marfin Bank (thereafter Marfin Egnatia Bank) in 2007, and member of the founding team of MIG Real Estate REIC the same year. He remained in the Real Estate Division of Marfin Bank till 2013. In 2013 he joined Piraeus Real Estate SA, member of Piraeus Bank Group, focusing mainly on corporate and commercial real estate valuations. In 2014 he took over the position of Assistant Manager, in Task Force Merchant Banking Division, at Piraeus Bank, mainly focusing on real estate investment banking and large NPL/NPE re-structuring projects, as well as, active management of the Bank’s REO Portfolio. In 2016 he became Risk & Compliance Officer for Trastor REIC. George is a member of the Sustainability Council of ULI Greece & Cyprus. He also served the same Organization under the positions of member of the Executive Board and Chair of Young Leaders. He is a graduate of Cass Business School in London, in Management and Systems.

 Vangelis Kargiotis is a Facility & Real Estate Manager at TTEC, with extensive experience in managing corporate facilities and optimizing complex operational environments. In the past he has served as Facilities Manager and Account Manager, developing strong expertise in workplace operations, vendor strategy and operational transformation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of IFMA Greece, actively contributing to the development of the sector in Greece. It stands out for its strategic approach to workplace management and commitment to efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.

Georgios Tampoureas is the General Manager of OTE Estate, leading the company’s overall strategy, operations, and transformation agenda in the field of real estate management and development. With more than 25 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, and real estate, he combines deep technical expertise with a strategic vision for sustainable growth and innovation. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the Group’s unified real estate policy, ensuring that every initiative aligns with business performance, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. As General Manager, he oversees the company’s key divisions — Asset & Portfolio Management, Construction, Facility & Property Management — along with Finance, Energy, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs, directing a team of more than 150 skilled professionals. Mr. Tampoureas is a Civil Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in International Management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) from the University of Barcelona. His specialization in BIM empowers the organization to embrace innovative, technology-driven approaches in the design, construction, and lifecycle management of its property assets. Under his leadership, OTE Estate has delivered landmark development and refurbishment projects, achieved significant growth in leasing revenues and partnerships, and strengthened the sustainability and energy performance of the Group’s extensive property portfolio
