Pavlos Loizou

Chrysavgi Atsidakou is an Athens-based Notary Public, an accredited Mediator by the Ministry of Justice, and a Member of the Board of Directors of ERT S.A., as well as the founder of “Atsidakou and Partners – Legal, Property and Civil Engineering Services” located at Syntagma Square. Her firm provides integrated legal and technical services for complex real estate transactions and corporate transformations, serving private investors, international clients, banks, and public sector entities. In her notarial practice, she specializes in high-value legal and financial operations, including major real estate investments, corporate mergers, the restructuring of property rights, financing and collateral agreements, and complex inheritance cases, following a 15-year career in consulting and litigation where she collaborated with Greece’s major media groups such as ERT, Antenna, Alpha, Star, and Real Group. A graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Faculty of Law, she holds a Master’s degree in Media and Telecommunications Law from Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III University and has studied at the Professional Journalism Workshop. Since 2016, she has also been active in the tourism sector as the owner of the boutique hotel Costa Rampane in Monemvasia, while also being a founding member of ICC Women Hellas and having served in key political positions within the New Democracy party, including Secretary for Family Policy and Gender Equality and Head of the Environmental Sector.

- Alexandros Nikitas is a Civil Engineer (NTUA) with an MSc in Structural Engineering from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). He is the founder and managing director of Torsion Structural Engineering, a structural design firm based in Athens, Greece. He has extensive experience in the design and coordination of structural projects, including buildings, infrastructure works, and the strengthening of existing structures. Alexandros strongly believes in the value of teamwork and actively promotes creativity and imagination as key drivers of an efficient and forward-looking design process.

Nikolaos Salpeas is a senior banking executive with over 25 years of experience in retail credit, specializing in credit risk management and the digital transformation of approval processes. Currently, he serves as the Director of Retail Banking Credit Approvals (Mortgage, Consumer, and SME) at the National Bank of Greece. Throughout his career, Mr. Salpeas has led large-scale organizational units, focusing on optimizing approval times and enhancing the customer experience through automation and digital pre-approvals. He previously served as the Head of Alternative Channels and Partnerships at NBG, where he spearheaded the development of mortgage broker networks and embedded lending platforms. He holds an MBA and a BSc from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as an MSc in Banking Management from the Hellenic Open University.
