- Dimitris Melachroinos is the Founder and CEO of Spitogatos, the leading real estate classifieds platform in Southeast Europe. The company successfully operates in Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Malta, and Albania, holding the top market position in most of these countries. He founded Spitogatos in 2006, following professional experience in the finance sector in the United Kingdom and the USA. Since then, the company has undergone significant stages of growth and transformation, including receiving the first venture capital investment in a Greek startup in 2009, its acquisition by the Real Web group in 2014, and its expansion through the acquisition of websites such as tospitimou.gr, srbija-nekretnine.org, nepremicnine.net, and crozilla.com. In 2024, Spitogatos invested in IMS (the No. 1 mortgage broker in Greece) and Fortunet (a pioneering CRM in the Greek real estate market). Dimitris holds a degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus and an MBA from the University of Rochester in New York.
- Konstantinos Moschonas is the CEO of RMI and ADEX, bringing over 20 years of experience in leading high-impact and diverse events. A public relations and marketing expert, he possesses exceptional analytical and project management skills. He holds an MSc in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
