Pavlos Loizou is the CEO of Ask Wire, a real estate data analytics platform operating in Cyprus, Greece, and Romania. The company leverages AI, GIS, and financial modeling to help banks, investors, and asset managers make smarter, data-driven decisions, gaining recognition for its innovation and impact. With two decades of experience in real estate, Pavlos has held senior roles at Gordian Holdings—where he built the company’s property management and monetization platform—and at Bank of Cyprus, where he founded and led the Real Estate Management Unit (REMU). Earlier, as a partner at Resolute Asset Management, he advised on property restructuring and investment strategies across Southeast Europe. He holds degrees from Cambridge (MPhil) and Reading (BSc), and is a former Chair of RICS Cyprus.
