I am the Co-Founder and President of Global Association of Property Home Staging, a global organization dedicated to elevating standards, strengthening collaboration, and advancing the professional recognition of home staging worldwide. The association was born from the evolution of European Association of Home Staging Professionals, with the vision of creating a truly international platform for education, research, and industry growth. Through my work with GAPHS, I collaborate with professionals, real estate organizations, and industry leaders across multiple countries to support the development of the home staging profession and to build stronger connections between the real estate, design, and marketing worlds. Alongside my international work, I am the Co-Founder and the Creative Director at MARI Team Immobiliare, an innovative real estate agency where strategic property presentation and marketing are at the core of our approach. By integrating home staging, storytelling, and targeted marketing strategies, we help properties reach their full market potential and create a stronger emotional connection with buyers. My journey in the industry began in the United States, where I founded my first home staging business and developed a deep understanding of how design, marketing, and real estate strategy intersect. Since then, my work has expanded internationally as a speaker, mentor, and advocate for higher professional standards in property presentation. Today, my focus is on helping shape the future of the industry through education, collaboration, and innovation.
