Vayianna Kouroupi is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Cosmos , with significant experience in developing people, teams, and professional culture. She studied International and European Economic Studies at the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the same university. 

Prior to her career in real estate, she held leadership roles in Human Resources, including at TUI Group  and McKinsey & Company. She is a certified Life Coach and an Insights Discovery Practitioner.
