Curriculum Vitae of the Speakers
- Grigoris Konstantellos was born in Athens in 1967. He is married with three children. A professional pilot, he holds a PhD and degrees from several higher education institutions in Greece and abroad, specializing in management, flight safety, and crisis management. He served in the Army Aviation, acted as a commander for government and VIP flights, and participated in UN international missions. Since 2014, he has been the Mayor of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni, re-elected in 2019 and 2023. He currently serves as the First Vice President of the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece (KEDE) and actively participates in various national and European organizations.
- Dimitris Kapsimalis is the President of the Union and Federation of Building Constructors of Greece. He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from NTUA and is the owner of a namesake engineering firm based in Marousi, Attica. He regularly contributes opinion articles to the newspaper TA NEA, focusing on real estate, construction costs, and market development.
- Lefteris Potamianos graduated in 1996 from the Department of Statistics and Insurance Science at the University of Piraeus. Since 1998, he has been consistently working as a real estate agent and property valuer. He has attended numerous valuation seminars and is ISO 17024 certified as both a Real Estate Agent and Property Valuer. He currently serves as the President of the Association of Realtors of Athens–Attica and was recently the General Secretary of the Hellenic Federation of Realtors. He has delivered numerous lectures across Greece on valuation education and the teaching of property appraisal methods.
- Paraskevi (Vivi) Koutrouli is an experienced Attorney-at-Law with an LL.M. in Public Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), from which she graduated top of her class with distinction. She has collaborated with prestigious law firms and with Professor Panos Lazaratos, gaining extensive experience in administrative law. In 2025, she founded the law firm “Vivi Koutrouli & Partners”, specializing in Tax, Environmental, Education, Public Procurement, and Fiscal Law. She has contributed to the codification of the Code of Administrative Procedure and has published scholarly articles, highlighting her expertise in public law.
