- Ioannis Pouloupatis holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Athens and a Master’s in Finance from NYU. With international experience in the US, UK, and Greece, he co-founded Douleutaras in 2015, a leading home services platform active in Greece, Cyprus, and Ireland, with over 2,000 professionals and 40,000 monthly customers. With a strong background in technology and financial analysis, he specializes in leveraging innovation to solve complex problems and create high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
- Konstantinos Gloumis-Atsalakis is a lawyer specialized in public and European law, having studied at the University of Athens, the College of Europe, and the University of Piraeus. Since August 2024, he serves as the Secretary General for Demographic and Housing Policy in Greece. He has previously served as Governor of OPEKA and Director at the Deputy Minister of Labor’s office. His professional background includes work at the OECD, the European Parliament, and in high-profile legal cases. He has published academic articles and speaks English, French, and German.
- As Chief Development Officer, Nikos Tsatsis holds a pivotal role overseeing multiple aspects of business operations. In addition to managing a team of over 100 real estate agents, he leads the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) division, ensuring the effective handling of distressed assets. He also plays a key role in development project management and in evaluating joint venture proposals from investors. Actively participating in major global real estate events, his multifaceted role involves strategic decision-making, team leadership, and facilitating core processes to drive business growth and success in the real estate sector.
- Dimitris Nastos is the Director of Nas.Co, a construction and renovation company active since 2008, with over 3,000 completed projects. Known for its emphasis on quality, reliability, and technical excellence, Nas.Co offers comprehensive solutions for both residential and commercial properties. Dimitris focuses on optimal budget utilization and the pursuit of the ideal solution for each project. He is also the co-founder of Realyst.gr, an innovative real estate agency, and is currently developing an online renovation supplies marketplace, leveraging his industry experience and partnerships.
