Curriculum Vitae of the Speakers
- Christos Kakkavas is Head of the Corporate Solutions department at Athens Economics Ltd, the exclusive affiliate of JLL in Greece. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE), IFMA Greece, and the Hellenic Valuation Institute (ELIE), where he also served on the Board. He was recently elected to the Board of Directors of IFMA Greece, further deepening his insight into industry developments and the evolving regulatory framework shaping modern building infrastructure. He holds a degree in Geography and Urban Planning from the University of the Aegean and an MSc from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He has participated in numerous panels and conferences, offering valuable insights into trends and prospects in the industrial and logistics real estate market.
- Konstantinos Kampolis is a Civil Engineer (NTUA) with over 40 years of experience in construction and infrastructure development. He is the President and CEO of Prokat A.E.V.E., which has built over 1,500,000 m² of industrial and warehouse buildings. His expertise spans management of factories and engineering firms, as well as the development of transportation, railway hubs, and ports. He also serves as a Representative of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vice President of the Association of Industries of Attica and Piraeus, and Vice President of the Aspropyrgos Industrial Park.
- Ioannis V. Manolis is the Chief Quality Officer and HR Director at Logika, with over 15 years of experience in quality management, HR, and project management in the logistics and construction sectors. He has led key strategic initiatives, including the successful implementation of the EU-funded GREENTURN project and the achievement of major international certifications for the company’s facilities. He holds an MBA from Cass Business School, a master’s degree from LSE, and two additional postgraduate degrees from NTUA. Fluent in four languages, he is known for his leadership, dedication, and strategic mindset.
Stamatis Andrianopoulos is the Founder and Executive Consultant of PLANNING S.A., with over 25 years of experience and more than 400 projects in Supply Chain Management and business reorganization in Greece and abroad. He has extensive teaching experience at the National Technical University of Athens and has trained over 25,000 professionals through seminars and conferences.
- Ioannis Manolas is a Mechanical Engineer, graduate of the University of Patras, with over 25 years of experience in the design, planning, supervision, and management of industrial construction projects in Greece, Europe, and the Middle East. He is a registered engineer and holds a Class C Design License in electromechanical studies. Since 2001, he has been the President and CEO of IBLS S.A., a company specializing in the design and planning of industrial buildings and project management, with active operations in Greece and the Middle East. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous forums, webinars, and exhibitions related to supply chain, optimal industrial building and warehouse design, regulatory frameworks, and logistics trends, while also maintaining a steady presence as a columnist in logistics and supply chain publications.
