- Antonios Fiorakis is the CEO of Protio, the first ProTech platform for real estate utilization in Greece, which has attracted over €2 million in investments. He holds a Master in Management from IE Business School and a Business Administration degree from Deree – The American College of Greece, with a strong background in innovation and technology. Prior to Protio, he founded Incrediblue, Europe’s first online boat rental platform, which was acquired in 2018, showcasing his expertise in entrepreneurship and startup development.
- Vasilis Axarlis is the founder of Ellika Real Estate. He is a final-year student at the Department of Statistics of the University of Piraeus and has attended several seminars in Business Administration, Sales, and Human Resource Management. From 1987 to 2000, he held executive positions in various companies before deciding to enter the real estate sector independently. In 2004, he founded Ellika, a real estate agency that has successfully facilitated thousands of transactions. The company now operates from two offices: one in the Historic Center of Athens (39 Irakleidon St.) and another in Glyfada (7 Vas. Georgiou B).
- Dimitris Melachrinos is the Founder and CEO of Spitogatos, the leading real estate listings platform in Southeast Europe, operating successfully in Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Malta, and Albania, holding the top position in many of these markets. He launched the platform in 2006 after gaining valuable experience in the finance sector in the UK and the US. Spitogatos has achieved major milestones including: securing the first VC investment in a Greek startup in 2009, being acquired by Real Web Group in 2014, and expanding through acquisitions such as Tospitimou.gr, Srbija-nekretnine.org, Nepremicnine.net, and Crozilla.com. In 2024, Spitogatos invested in IMS (Greece’s leading mortgage broker) and Fortunet (a pioneer in CRM for the Greek real estate market). Dimitris holds an Economics degree from the University of Piraeus and an MBA from the University of Rochester, New York.
