Since arriving in Athens in 2011 as an exchange student, Ahmed has become a leading entrepreneur in Greek real estate. In 2013, he established Greca Homes, a real estate brokerage firm focusing on Greece’s Golden Visa program and helping over 120 families secure residency through tailored property investments. Expanding into real estate development, he launched Greca Developments, a real estate investment and development firm overseeing projects totaling 8,000 square meters with a combined value of 50 million euros. Through his companies, Ahmed also manages investment funds for high-net-worth individuals, leveraging market expertise to deliver capital growth and optimized yields. His leadership and vision continue to shape the success of Greca Group.
Vicky Guan is the Executive Director at Hestia Group, a real estate development and investment company operating in both China and Greece. With over ten years of experience across technology, marketing, and real estate, he brings a strategic and forward-thinking approach to every project. Throughout his career, Vicky has worked on large-scale digital and corporate development projects, including five years at Tencent, where he gained strong expertise in data analysis, strategic decision-making, and project management. His background also includes experience in healthcare, design, and development, giving him a well-rounded understanding of modern business and investment dynamics. At Hestia Group, Vicky leads a multidisciplinary team driving the company’s expansion in Greece. He oversees projects in luxury residential development, hotel investment, Golden Visa services, and property management, ensuring each project reflects the company’s values of quality, innovation, and trust. Vicky is known for his analytical mindset, practical leadership style, clear communication, and ability to unite teams around a shared vision. He believes that progress is built on collaboration, clear vision, and the courage to innovate. These are the values that continue to shape his leadership and professional journey.
With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Irene Pisogiannaki has developed deep expertise across property management, investment advisory, and the Golden Visa migration framework. Her professional background includes leading client portfolios, shaping strategic asset plans, and supporting international investors in navigating complex property markets. Today, as Director of Sales and Asset Management at MIBS Group, she leverages this extensive experience to guide global clients, drive revenue growth, and oversee high-performing teams. Irene is recognized for her strategic mindset, her commitment to service excellence, and her ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships with investors worldwide.

As a token of appreciation to his father, Vaggelis Kteniadis II named the company “V² DEVELOPMENT”. Today, V² DEVELOPMENT is recognized as the No.1 development company in Greece and defines the Greek real estate sector, leading the market in all aspects. Among Vaggelis Kteniadis II’s top priorities are assessing clients’ needs, meeting quality standards, and constantly evaluating clients’ satisfaction. His major assets include knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, coordination of people and resources, understanding of market dynamics and enterprise-level objectives, anticipating opportunities and risks, identifying issues, and developing plans and strategies.
