With two decades of experience in the field of technology and business, Kostas has held leadership positions in various companies in America and Greece. Kostas holds a degree in IT and Cloud Services from the University of West Attica and an MBA from Gatton College of Business and Economics.
Nikos S. Morantis is a hotel investment consultant and the founder of Destsetters, a leading hotel concept strategy firm. Specializing in the creation of innovative, sustainable, and commercially successful hotel investments, he helps investors and hoteliers develop strong brands that stand out in the competitive hospitality market. His strategy focuses on differentiation, guest experience, and professional well-being, promoting new approaches that maximize hotel efficiency and operational harmony. At the same time, he fosters innovation and knowledge within the industry through the pioneering platforms Hotelier Academy and Travel by Interest, which provide specialized strategies, digital solutions, and educational tools for hospitality professionals.
