Panagiotis Kiskiras is a Mechanical Engineer (NTUA) with an MBA in Strategic Management. He is a member of the Governing Committee of the Technical Chamber of Greece and serves on the Certification Oversight Committee of the TCG-TMEDE Institute, which supervises the certification of property and machinery appraisers.

Alongside his career as a consulting engineer, he has held public positions including Member of the Technical Council of the General Secretariat for Research and Technology (Ministry of Education), Deputy Mayor for Urban Development and Urban Planning of Glyfada, and President of the Development Organization of the Municipality of Glyfada. He currently serves as Director of the Real Estate Utilization Service of the Hellenic Armed Forces (Ministry of National Defense), responsible for leveraging military-owned properties to generate resources in support of the Armed Forces, their personnel, and their housing programs.
