Lefteris Potamianos graduated in 1996 from the Department of Statistics and Insurance Science of the University of Piraeus and has been practicing the profession of Broker and Real Estate Valuer since 1998.  He has attended numerous valuation seminars and has been certified with ISO 17024 as a Broker and also as a Real Estate Valuer. He is the President of the Association of Real Estate Agents Athens – Attica and until recently he has been the General Secretary of the Federation of Brokers of Greece. He has also made many presentations in seminars throughout Greece regarding the training of appraisers and the teaching of real estate appraisal and valuation methods.

Anastasios Livanos possesses more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in the development, organization, and strategic expansion of agency networks. As the Managing Director of Realty World Greece, he has played a decisive role in growing and strengthening the network’s presence in the Greek market. Within just 8 months, he successfully signed 18 contracts with franchisee brokers, achieving rapid and targeted growth. Additionally, he has established and organized a nationwide network of real estate consultants, founding structured systems for training, operational support, and continuous professional development for various companies in the field, including multinationals, startups, and domestic firms, in the capacity of Sales Director, CEO, and Managing Director.
