Kyriakos Kampouris is a pioneer in the modernization and institutionalization of mortgage brokering in Greece. With over 25 years of experience in the housing finance sector, he has redefined borrower services through IMS by combining transparency, independence from banks, and cuttingedge technology. He introduced the concept of phygital service – a seamless blend of physical presence and digital tools – to optimize the borrower journey. His approach is centered around personalized advisory, technological innovation, and comparative evaluation of mortgage products from all partner banks, offering truly objective solutions. Through IMS, he has also implemented streamlined processes that reduce bureaucracy and improve loan approval rates, paving the way for a more efficient and customer-centric mortgage model.

Pantelis Maraveas is Assistant General Manager, Retail Segments, Bank Analytics & Lending Products at National Bank of Greece, being responsible for supervising the Units of Individual Banking, Business Banking & Key Accounts Segments, Bank Analytics, CRM & Retail MIS, Bancassurance Products, Retail Lending Credit Operations and Development & Support of Retail Lending Products. He serves as a non-executive member in both Boards of Directors of NBG Factors & TIRESIAS, while in the latter one he is a member of the Audit Committee & in parallel, presides in the Commercial Development Committee in the same company. Mr. Maraveas holds a BSc in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics & Business and an MSc in Management from London School of Economics.
